The “FRIDHA Laboratory” is a Living Lab whose objective is, through an action research approach, to best realize the principles of circular economy and the social inclusion, two priority themes of European Union policies. The objective is both to circulate money and ideas and to learn how to build maximum impact with minimum funds. The FRIDHA team ensures that the initiatives and projects supported generate a constructive and mobilizing dynamic organized around objectives to be achieved in sufficient time for lessons to be learned. To learn, you have to act!

Since its creation in 2018, more than thirty initiatives and projects have been supported by FRIDHA, committing a total amount of subsidies of around 200,000 euros, or 40,000 euros per year. FRIDHA focused on the following areas of work:

1. Support and management of personal transitions;

2. Process of transmission and protection of cultural heritage;

3. Artistic expression as a tool for education, well-being and social construction.

4. Support for the creation of economic opportunities with social and environmental impact.

Based on its actions, the FRIDHA team and its partners learn, together, around rich and necessary themes. The objective of the Living Lab is to generate and organize content in order to transmit it through our interventions.

  • Management of transition processes and the entrepreneurial approach

  • The art of dialogue, pedagogy and transmission

  • Cultural diplomacy, roadmap creation, sustainable impact measures and trust building;

  • Societies, economy, environment and spirituality. Example: the value of money: doing a lot with a little; give meaning and value to things,);

  • Legal innovations: emerging methods of financing social innovation, trust contracts, international law, community guarantee systems, etc.

  • The impact of art in the construction of social dynamics.
