INVESTING IN PEOPLE
According to the United Nations, on 1 July 2017 the world's population was estimated at 7.55 billion. As a reminder, it was at 7 billion as at 31 October 2011, 6.1 billion in 2000, and between 1.55 and 1.76 billion in 1900.
However, this population growth tends to slow down with a more or less significant global decline in the fertility rate.
Whether in the city or in the countryside, the question arises of opportunities for each of us to develop as value-bearing, conscious and responsible citizens.
Cities are accelerators of opportunity where the countryside is our source and resource. The return to basics, the earth, food, observation, breathing, meditation, contemplation.
